- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. Pets that are aggressive or too wild to be safely groomed may need to be groomed sedated under veterinary care which we cannot provide.
- Pets that are not using an effective flea preventative/treatment and continuously have fleas will not be able to rebook.
- Please allow 30 minute before/after scheduled appointment time for us to arrive and set up.
- Any appointment, that we have confirmed within the week, where no one answers the door nor have provided access to the pet, will be charged our minimum call out of $50.
